<My Process />

1

Connect.

If we haven’t already met, this is where we get acquainted with one another and learn about each other’s methodology. We’ll discuss the project details and set clear, actionable goals. By now we’ll have a pretty general scope and usually a basic time-frame gets outlined here.

2

PSDs.

The next step in the process is to obtain your PSD(s). This is the point in which I begin to get a really good grasp on the necessary work flow of your project. While reviewing the comps I’ll generate a list of questions which will aid me in defining accurate functionality for the various features, sections, and relationships.

3

Quote.

Based off the initial scope generated from our original discussions and the questions generated upon reviewing comps, I’ll work up an accurate quote and we’ll discuss payment arrangements and development timeline. A basic contract will be drafted and signed by both parties before moving onto the next stage of the process.

4

Development.

Once the contract is signed and down payment is received, I’ll schedule out the development and the work on your custom CMS/App will commence. I’ll provide you with a link to my development server where you’ll be able to see your project evolve.

5

QA.

Once the site is in a more complete stage – QA will begin and will continue until everything is functioning as outlined in the original scope document. If additional functionally is needed, I’ll asses if additional funding is necessary.

6

Deploy.

And now the part you’ve been waiting for! Upon final payment your project is deployed and we arrange for a complimentary training session. High fives and cheers all around!

7

Management.

I built it for you – let me handle the upkeep and management for you. I’ll schedule offsite backups, install important plugin & core software patches and updates, and even configure additional security measures. Learn More
